Bonnie Lee Jamieson was born in upstate New York in 1985 and raised in Glasgow, Scotland. Her drawing practice encapsulates her love of narrative and draws inspiration from personal experience.
She studied Fine Art with a focus in sculpture at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design at The University of Dundee in Scotland graduating with First Class Honours.
Bonnie was awarded the Scotland & Venice Professional Development bursary award in 2009 from the Scottish Art's Council, working alongside sculptor Martin Boyce. She was an active member of The Tin Roof Collective from 2011-2012 in Dundee, Scotland and has taken part in group shows in Scotland, Italy, Singapore, California USA and Baguio, Philippines.
